An aggressive mature T-cell non Hodgkin lymphoma involving the skin. It is characterized by the presence of a polymorphic cellular infiltrate which contains neoplastic small to medium sized T-lymphocytes.

65 year male , HE IS VERY LEAN ( TOO SKINNY) , VERY LESS MUSCLE MASS+ According to him In this area without trauma, a boil developed then over the past 4 years it developed into this major ulcer.
