It can build up when the lymph system is damaged or blocked. 27 year female has this bump from childhood in between of breast (just at Sternal line) , this bump never progressed in size from childhood But sometimes in a 6 months or so it become tender and swollen as shown in picture. Otherwise in normal days it remains small bump, asymptomatic She is asymptomatic, on examination it appears lymphnode. She has no family history of breast related disease
