Angiocentric glioma
A WHO grade I, slow-growing brain neoplasm of children and young adults, associated with epilepsy. Morphologically it is characterized by an angiocentric pattern, monomorphic cellular infiltrate, and ependymal differentiation.

27 year female has this bump from childhood in between of breast (just at Sternal line) , this bump never progressed in size from childhood But sometimes in a 6 months or so it become tender and swollen as shown in picture. Otherwise in normal days it remains small bump, asymptomatic She is asymptomatic, on examination it appears lymphnode. She has no family history of breast related disease
