Sheehan syndrome
An uncommon cause of hypopituitarism seen after severe postpartum hemorrhaging. Prolonged hypovolemia leads to ischemic necrosis of the pituitary. Clinical signs typically present in the puerperium and include failure to begin lactation, fatigue, hypotension and eventual amenorrhea. Clinical course is usually mild, however extreme cases may progress to adrenal failure. Prognosis is most favorable when hormone replacement is initiated soon after symptom onset.

Hello Curofians! Please check my case. I have pain in my thumb for 1 month after a minor injury. No wound, no swelling. Little redness is there, as you can see in the images, which should have disappeared by now as the injury was 1 month back. No pain on palpation. Pain occurs with even minor twisting of the thumb and also with percussion in the marked region. Please check the x-ray & clinical images from today. Age - 33 years No comorbidity No pain in other joints as such.
