It causes long-term skin inflammation and can be painful. Symptoms include Blackheads and red, tender bumps, called abscesses. The abscesses get bigger, break open, and leak pusTunnels that form under the skin between abscessesScarringNo one knows what causes HS. It is more common in women, African Americans, and people who have had acne. It usually starts after the teenage years. Treatments include antibiotics, anti-inflammatory medicines, and sometimes surgery. Losing weight or wearing looser clothing may help some patients avoid skin irritation.

Paratesticular tumours are masses of slow & indolent growth & in most cases of benign nature, in these cases the treatment of choice is simple extirpation of the lesion. A paratesticular mass may derive from a number of structures that surround the testis within the scrotum; most commonly, they derive from the spermatic cord. Dr. Vivek Jha is sharing a clinical case of "Large Paratesticular Growth" managed with surgical expertise by him. Share your views on the case & learn new things.
