Heart failure is a condition in which the heart can't pump enough blood to meet the body's needs. Heart failure does not mean that your heart has stopped or is about to stop working. It means that your heart is not able to pump blood the way it should. 46f home maker presented with complaint of low back pain from 10 days after h/o fall from standing height , pain is located around rt gluteal area, no radiation or tingling numbness over lower limbs , o/e- gpe- nad , spinal ,paraspinal region no tenderness, gait - n , B/B - n , dorsal column- nad, knee ankle reflex- 2+ , rt ehl 4+/5 . Rest Nad. Previous consultation with Neurosurgery suggested for surgical intervention. What's your take on this , conservative and Rehabilitation or need of surgical intervention.
