You are absolutely correct most likely this is BCC As pt is not co operative we have to play our tricks to get punch biopsy or scrap biopsy for their benefits so as l8ne of treatment can be designed Most like we need chemoradiotherapy

A LSCS is performed under spinal anesthesia with BP stabilised. she is transferred to ICU for post operative management with BP continuing to increase . After 5 days, a feedback is given that the patient is discharged and gained her sight. What caused the loss of sight?
