Geographic tongue Rx first ask the pt to change lifestyle Avoid spicy junk food Control acidity with long term ppis and antacids with fractional meals and blend diet Multivitamins supplements Local soothing agents for oral cavity Check b12 and vit d3 deficiency

Geographic toungue

UGI ENDOSCOPY,H.Pylori,B12 and routine blood investigation with PS FOR MORPHOLOGY D/D GERD,HIATUS HERNIA,GASTRINOMA Treatment according to diagnosis.If H.Pylori positive then 14 days recommended therapy with folate Prokinetic with PPI May also help
