70 yr old postmenopausal woman with 3rd degree uv prolapse with cystorectocoele.This mass is felt per abdomen around 24 to 26 weeks, midline mass, firm in consistency, p/v not able to differentiate whether ovarian or uterine. usg - cystic mass seen of 11*12 cm with internal echoes. Diagnosis and plan of management please.
