Female in 50es came with generalised tonic-clinic seizure for 2 nd time with weakness and no fever. Same complaint before 3.5 years.. hemodynaemically stable... No travel history in last 1.5 months... MRI as under ... what can be DD and treatment options?

3yr.m. in emergency came with seizures and intermittent posturing as in photo. no h/of fever,vomiting, previous such episode. HR 156 rr 26. spo2 90 in air . after Lopez, Lopez, fosphen, fosphen seizures stopped. considering titanic spasm. ca in drip started . reverse questioning relatives said 2 times fall while playing. it was just trivial episode. after 4 hours pt stopped breathing was intubated and was put on ventilation . what do rx next

A very interesting case of a 13 yr old male who presented with complaints of Personality changes, Poor Oral intake and Headache (on/off) since 1.5 month....A stressor history of death of His own elder brother( 2 months back) is also present following which his parents noted his abnormal behavior....He also has weakness in b/l lower limbs since his birth...discuss the treatment approach and differentials to this patient

What's the reports says?. is it serious condition? PROGNOSIS? management?. . patient is premature baby. 2yrs old. functionally stable. doing all well. 2months back his sugar level downs and one episode of epilepsy occured for 2 to 3 mints. then till date no any such episode. . what to do now? any other suggestions? plz share.
