International Women's Health Day

Poverty is a major stumbling block to women’s good health. Women in India are currently confronted with a slew of health challenges, including, malnutrition, lack of maternal health, diseases like (AIDS, breast & cervical cancer), domestic violence, and many more. India has one of the highest percentages of malnourished women in contrast to other developing countries. What health problems are linked to maternal complications and mortality and what steps should be taken by women at an early age to prevent the same.?

Most important aspect is educating & creating awareness in the society that women ' s health is equally important as much as that of a male . A part from it women should also be taught regarding maintaining their health , awareness about healthy diet , exercise , vaccination for hpv , rubella should taught to them . Myths & psychiatric disorders like bullimia & anorexia must be treated.
