### 24 years old girl complains of severe pain abdomen (no specific location, rather says over whole of abdomen) since last night. She has been injected IV painkillers and advised an USG whole abdomen. The report came out to be THICKENED INFRAUMBILICAL BOWEL. Though pain decreased to a little extent but it didn't cure completely. Pain is still there. Menstrual history is normal. What is the management of this case ???
