A Buffalo died 3 hrs after parturition. all parameters was normal at time of parturition and also released placenta after 2 hrs of the parturition. please suggest the possible reason????

40 yr old, 10th gravida was referred with obstructed breech. pt ws in dehydrated state. USG s/o rupture uterus. emergency laprotomy ws done. uterus was ruptured posteriorly and right side laterally with huge broad ligament hematoma. baby was lying in pelvis. baby was delivered and desicion for obstetrics hystrectomy ws made. subtotal hystrectomy ws done. there ws expanding hematoma retroperitoneally. with the help of surgeon, hemostatsis ws achieved. drain ws kept. today is day 3 and patient is having deranged Renal function. S. urea is 114 and s.creat is 4.2. urine output is adequate. drain output is non significant. MRI pelvis s/o 6×6×12 cms hematoma in pelvis. vitally pt is stable. 4 PCV, 6 FFP 6 PRC have been given. Hb is 5 gm% TLC is 7000, platelet is 86000/cumm. please suggest further management.

14 y/o female presented with vaginal bleeding. She fell down at home and had an injury to the perineal area. She had no underlying disease, and menarche had occurred 2 months ago. Her parents stated that there was about 400 cc of blood loss from the laceration and they were not cooperative with physical examination of her genital area because of pain. BP 139/64 mmHg; heart rate, 109/min; respiratory rate, 20/min; temperature, 36.5°C; and the hemoglobin/hematocrit was 12.1/35.4 mg/dL. pelvic CT was done to identify internal organ damage 2 hours later after injury.
