NO OTHER SIGNIFICANT PHYSICAL FINDING Investigations CBC /ESR /PS COMMENTS AND FNAC OF THE MANDIBULAR SWELLING ADVISED Diagnosis CBC WITHIN NORMAL LIMIT ESR 52 THE PERIPHERAL SMEAR SHOWS NORMOCYTIC NORMOCHROMIC BLOOD PICTURE .NO ABNORMAL CELLS ARE SEEN FNAC THE H&E STAINED SMEARS SHOW POLYMORPHOUS POPULATION OF SMALL MATURE LYMPHOCYTES AND REACTIVE LYMPHOID CELLS COMPRISING OF CENTROBLASTS,CENTROCYTES AND IMMUNOBLASTS AMIDST THE NECROTIC BACKGROUND.
