A 70 year old male has been under treatment and has been constantly complaining of breathlessness on exertion which is aggravating day by day and now even on shaving. Kindly comment on ECG and his 2D Echo is wnl. No H/O HTN,DM BP 150/90 PULSE 120/min He has been admitted in the past in April 2020 for COPD which he recovered and he is on inhalers since then.

This 45 year old male presented to OPD with complaints of Dyspnea on exertion and occasional pain in left side of chest along with dry cough. He even had high blood pressure in morning to about 180/100mmHg, for which he was given Antihypertensive, but now his BP is 150/80mmHg. Lipid profile - WNL Kindly comment on further course of investigation and treatment for such patient?
