A 42 yrs. woman presents with intermenstrual bleeding for 3 months. Bleeding occurs any time in the cycle. This is fresh red much lighter than a normal period. It kasts 1 to 6 days. No associated pain, no hot flushes or night sweats. She is sexually active and not noticed vaginal dryness. She has 3 children and has used progesterone only pill for contraception for 5 yrs. her smear test was normal 2 years back, she take no medication, no other relevant med. history. The abdomen is unremarkable. Speculum exam shows atrophic-looking vagina and cervix, but no apparent cervical lesions, no current bleeding. On bimanual exam, uterus is non-tender, of normal size, axial & mobile, no adnexal masses. Hb% 12.7, WBC 4500, Platelets 401000. Transvaginal u/s scan and hydrosonography is shown in the image. What is diagnosis, d/d, invastigatins and treatment?
