Young male of 17 yrs age came with h/o penile and scrotal swelling since 2 years.h/o intermittent fever and watery discharge from nodules formed.swelling decreases temporarily after discharge.pt has taken treatment for the same many times but swelling reduces for some time and again increase. Now pt is afebrile and there is no pain or itching. No s/o inflammation. H/O circumcision done for phimosis at the age of 4 yrs. No other significant history.... What is the d/d???? Suggest with reasons and what investigations should you advice?????
