A 7 y/o/f child with dysuria

Chief complaints- A 7 y/o/f child is brought by her mother with c/o dysuria, frequency and urgency for 3-4 days History- No history of urinary disorders. She had a history of occasional constipation (currently taking lactulose gummies) Vitals- all normal Examination- Patient was looking fine. No fever (98.3 F), no backpain and no vomiting. Abdominal examination was unremarkable. No signs of vaginal discharge Investigation- In urinalysis, leucocytes +++, albumin + Rest normal (no nitrates or pus cells present) Please guide about the diagnosis and management

UTI? Adv :- Urine R/M & C/S Rx LEVOFLOXACINE syp ALKALIZER syp

Clear case of uti . Send urine c/s . Start appropriate antibiotic . Add probiotics too . Albumin presence may indicate the involvement of renal parenchyma as well .
