Patient was admitted to hospital one year ago with fever was given treatment for a week and reffered with comments that she has water in abdomen(possibly ascites).Since then she is on continuous treatment and is on ATT.She has hepatosplenomegaly,constipation and jaundice now.Otherwise stable.Kindly advise d/d and treatment.
