Spondylitis changes in C3C4and C4C5 Osteophytes seen in LS view al L4L5 Calcified anterior ligamentum flavum at L3 Findings suggest cervical as well as lumbar spondylitis But I see this as early stage of ankylosing spondylitis Hence suggest for HBLA27 Adv MRI

ACCORDING TO X-RAY OF CERVICAL AND LUMBAR REGION,,,THERE IS NO SIGNIFICANT FINDINGS EXCEPET MARGINAL OSTEOPHYTES

Cervical spine is normal.lumbar spine shows osteoarthritis.
