A 73YR/F with history of PLEGiA ,DM,HTN.. BED RIDDEN PATIENT SUFFERING FROM pressure SORE WITH BAD ODOUR PUS FORMATION... I remove upper layer with scalpel & abscess...... amoxi.clav-625 is started...... plzz describe Tx for healing of pressure sore.

40 year old lady with H/o left supraclavicular swelling of 3 months duration. She has radiating pain over laft upper limb. CT images attached. On attempting FNAC profuse bleeding was noted hence procedure abandoned. What is your diagnosis ? How will u manage this case ?

Lesion below knee for past 2 years. Hard to touch. Please look the lesions closer and give me your findings and discuss with differentials Clue: IT'S NOT WART.
