34-year-old female 2.5 weeks post clinically diagnosed COVID-19 (clinical diagnosis based on fever, body aches, mild cough and O2 sats in the 80-86% range for 3-4 days with slow improvement to near normal by this week. First notes these purpura on right inner thigh last night. No pain or itch associated with marks. Pt was managed at home and has had no complications. Has anybody else seen this type of rash in other COVID patients?

A perviously healthy 11 year old girl presents with three days of oral mucosal bleeding and epistaxis. One week prior to the bleeding she had three days of fever, body aches, and malaise. On exam, vitals are stable, and also have slight macular rash on the arms and legs. Her platelet count was 39. What is the probable diagnosis?

4yrs/m ,had h/o fever 5 days back ..at present no any complaints expect rash...rash not blanched on pressure ...only present over extremities ...my d/d HSP ,ITP....what next ...opinion ???

### 26 years old man with history of fever 7 days ago presented with such skin lesions since 3 days. Associated with dry cough, coryza and respiratory distress. The rash first appeared on face and then spread down the body. SpO2 is 95% and vitals are stable. What is the diagnosis and treatment ???
