Seems to be a case of Herpes Zoster.

Vesicular lesions are a/w burning and itching are herpes zoster Rx tab acyclovir 800mg 5times a day for 7days Tab azithromycin 250mg 1od for 5days Tab Levocetrizine5mg 1bd Tab gabapentin 100mg+tab nortryptiline 10mg 1od Locally acyclovir oint 5times a day Review after one week
