Xray cervical spines suggest early spondylitis as changes seen at end plates C2 C3 C3C4 Leg xray is absolutely normal For dizziness consider vertigo Rx cap indomethacin tds Cervical exercises Tab betahistamine16mg at bed time and review after fortnight

No any significant changes seen. Can manage with symptomatically.

No bony pathology seen

Ankle leg normal. Rt cervical rib. And spondylisis

BOTH X-RAY ARE ABSOLUTELY NORMAL. DEGENERATIVE CHANGES ARE SEEN IN SPINE CAN BE CERVICAL SPONDYLOSIS CERVICAL ARTHRALGIA LEADING TO PAIN & DIZZINESS. RX,, MUSCLE RELAXANT NSAIDS CERVICAL COLLAR PHYSIOTHERAPY.

Both skiagram s are normal.
