D/D- Infected organized haemangioma Infected melanoma Nevus sebaceous with secondary Infection

Suggestive of Hemangioma

? NEVUS SEBACEOUS.. ? HEMANGIOMA..

They range from bacterial skin infections that can cause scarring and narcotizing fasciitis to hearing and vision loss, encephalitis, transverse myelitis, peripheral motor neuropathy, and postherpetic neuralgia (PHN).

Age and sex not mentioned. Clinical findings are important.In the D/Ds are infected sebaceous cysts, infected herpes zoster lesions, infected melanoma,and infected organised haemangioma.FNAC will solve the problem
