One year 9 months boy having sever itching and patches over the knee folds and face, scapula region , body .. sir , madam please advise

28yrs old male with this type of eruptions on face since 3 weeks.. Initially was pustular and was reduced by oral antibiotics.. Further was told to use clindac ac by one physician.. after using that is increased and became more inflamed... Kindly suggest diagnosed and management....

13 years male has itching in fingers and hand and other parts of body . If he rubs swelling will occurs .please rx and dx
